POLICY Privacy Policy
BeomFrame (BEOMFRAME, operated by Chaebeom Lee; “BeomFrame”) respects the right to informational self-determination guaranteed by Article 10 (human dignity and the right to pursue happiness) and Article 17 (privacy) of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and set out this Privacy Policy to handle visitors’ personal information safely and protect their rights.
1. Purposes of processing personal information
BeomFrame processes personal information only for the following purposes, and will obtain separate consent if the purposes change.
- Receiving and answering filming and project inquiries
- Discussing quotes and schedules
- Checking inquiry history and responding to follow-up inquiries

You may decline to consent to the collection and use of personal information; without consent, however, inquiries cannot be submitted through the form. In that case, you can contact the privacy officer below by email.
3. Processing and retention period
Inquiries are kept for 6 months from the date of receipt and then destroyed without delay. Where other laws require longer retention, the information is kept for that period.
4. Provision to third parties
BeomFrame does not provide visitors’ personal information to third parties, except where the law specifically provides for it or where an investigative agency requests it following the procedures prescribed by law.

6. Overseas transfer of personal information
Personal information received through the inquiry form is processed and stored overseas as follows.

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can skip the inquiry form and contact the privacy officer below by email.
7. Cookies and external services
- Language setting: To remember your language choice, a language value is saved in your browser’s storage. It does not identify you and can be deleted in your browser settings.
- External services: Fonts (Google Fonts) and YouTube videos and thumbnails are loaded from Google (Google LLC, USA) servers. In the process, your IP address and browser information may be sent to Google.
- Visit statistics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) is used only if you consent. Non-identifying information such as the pages visited, time spent, device and browser, and approximate region is collected through cookies (such as _ga) and deleted after the period set by Google (up to 14 months). You can decline or delete them at any time through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the site or your browser settings.
8. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them
Visitors may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information. If you send a request by email to the privacy officer below, we will inform you of the outcome within 10 days of receiving it. You may also make a request through a representative, in which case a power of attorney may be required.
9. Destruction of personal information
Information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are permanently deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and any printouts are shredded or incinerated.
10. Measures to ensure security
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
- Access to personal information limited to a single person, the operator
- Access control and protection of the account used to view submitted inquiries
- Regular destruction of information whose retention period has passed
11. Children under 14
BeomFrame does not offer its services to children under the age of 14 and does not collect their personal information.

13. Remedies for infringement of rights
To seek relief for harm caused by an infringement of personal information, you may consult or file a report with the following organizations.

14. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy applies from October 22, 2026. If its content changes, we will announce the changes and their effective date on this page.
